Snow is now hitting the Miami Valley with the possible accumulation expected to be four inches.

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through Friday morning.

The snow is heading west to east and is just coming from Indiana into the western counties of Preble, Butler and Darke.

The snow is expected to last virtually the entire day on Thursday, tapering off sometime after midnight. An additional light accumulation is expected tomorrow.
